Jvala is an organization offering curated travels to experience Indic culture, art, and yoga traditions by explaining the metaphysics embedded in them.

Our Belief is: not just to showcase the high level grandeur of Indian heritage but also to share insightful storie s on how this grandiosity came about.

Travels with Jvala are hence designed to

Yoga helps to elevate your senses

Elevate the senses

engage the intellect with yoga retreats

Engage the intellect

Experience the sublime

Experience the sublime

Practice indic culture and know the knowledge system

Jvala’s intent is to engage constantly with the travelers, show them how to find a bee’s nest and taste their honey without disturbing the home of the bees.

It may not provide the adrenalin rush and thrill, but it would allow you the luxury of time and comfort to wander on existential variables like Form and Space. To achieve this, Jvala is curated as ‘slow travel’.

Our Story

Appreciating indic art, culture

Jvala is brought to you by Deepa. She is a Junior fellowship scholar in performing arts and part of the Mohiniyattam expert panel for the Center for Culture, Resource and Training, Govt of India. As the Creative Director of Jvala she continues her journey as an artist engaging with people, romancing Time and Space.

“I have traveled widely. As much as I am a slave to the warmth of the Mediterranean air and the smell of the French countryside, I am equally crazy about the drive on US 101 and the walk down Princess Street. They are picture perfect, postcard memories! But…, those are different from the times when I performed on the Ghat of Narmada on a full Moon evening, or fell asleep on a hot day in the columnar niches of the Kailasanatha temple, or when I sat on an edge of parapet wall to feel the Rivers Alaknanda and Bagheerati kiss each other. It is only from the travels in India my experiences nourished, developing me into an observer: aware of Truth, Goodness and Beauty ending my existential thirst. Travel with me! Let us together savour the sweetness and richness of Indian cultural heritage.”
