- With the picturesque Sahyadri as the backdrop, practice yoga during sunrise and sunset to engage with the nature of soil to awaken your awareness
- Observe the presence of the cosmic elements in the body responding to Nature
- Interact with the host on the theme “Karma: The symbol of Infinity” and identify a personal practice needed to break the cycle to soar like a bird
- Feeding your inner thirst and hunger with indulgences that will keeping you alive and awake, break down the walls and boundaries limiting the inner self
About Sikkim
Situated in the Eastern Himalayas, Sikkim is a North Eastern State of India known for its biodiversity. It hosts Kangchenjunga, the third highest peak in the world, and Khangchendzonga National Park – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Kingdom of Sikkim was founded by the Namgyal dynasty in the 17th century, until then it was ruled by Buddhist priest-kings known as the Chogyal. When the monarchy dissolved in 1975, Sikkim joined India as its 22nd state. There are many indigenous tribes thriving in Sikkim. This retreat is designed to experience terrace farming and a simplistic way of living.
