Deepa is undoubtedly knowledgeable, manages everything and is always available for anything you may need. But unlike most tours that race you from place to place with no time to catch your breath, with her, everything was unhurried allowing for grand sights to get absorbed completely, such that the trip still rings a bell in me. To sum up – if you never go, you will never know.
Till one hears Deepa speak about a temple, art, history or yoga – one tends to believe what he/she sees is reality (in its totality) and not an abstract (that is evasive and not entirely rooted in the physical world). It takes an experience to learn how the dots can be connected and how rich is Indian culture. Overwhelming, intense and engrossing – I was in a different world throughout the trip in Mahabalipuram.
